Grant-Day means Grant-Day Software Ltd. The software means software written and published by Grant-Day. Client means the company/persons who have purchased a software licence from Grant-Day. Fees mean fees set by Grant-Day from time to time for services outlined in this contract.

Acceptance by the client of this contract will be determined upon payment of the current fees set by Grant-Day and will be for a term relating to that payment.

Either party may terminate this contract by giving one months written prior notice. In the event of termination no refund of fees will be payable. If payment is being made by monthly bank payments and such payments cease, then this contract will be terminated without notice.

Help Desk service relating to the Software.
Provided by telephone, fax Internet or Email.
The service is available 9 am to 5 pm weekdays, excluding public holidays.
General advise on computer topics.
Free re-issue of software registration.

On site support
Staff/user training.
Hardware Faults.
Computer system set-up and maintenance.
User caused faults not related to our software.
Faults caused by technicians not authorised by Grant-Day.
Software installation & support not published by Grant-Day.
Other Grant-Day software for which no contract exists.
Network, server maintenance.

Grant-Day means Grant-Day Software Ltd. The Software means software listed on the page over which is wriiten and published by Grant-Day. Client means the company/persons who have purchased a software licence from Grant-Day. Fees mean fees set by Grant-Day from time to time for services outlined in this contract.

Free Software updates and enhancements applicable to Client version Licence.
Updated will be distributed via the Internet, Email, CD or disk.
Updates will be available on demand.
Version releases will be listed on the Grant-Day Web Site with release notes.
